No courier came by or we missed him, how to request a new pickup?

In case you have missed the courier, you can request a new pickup. This option is only available the day after the estimated pickup date.

  • Open the item in the iLost for Business application;

  • Go to the corresponding item;

  • Click on the link "Request a new pickup" which you can find in the "Prepare for courier" section.



The courier will be notified of your request. If your request is made before 4 P.M. the pickup will be planned for the next working day.

And you can always request a new pickup by contacting the iLost Customer Service. The iLost Customer Service team monitors all shipments daily and often requests a new pickup on their own initiative already. This with the goal of getting the package back to its owner as quickly as possible.
