After requesting a new pickup, still no courier has appeared

In some situations the courier is not showing up, even after requesting a new pickup.

Make always sure the package is ready for pickup and if one of your colleagues is taking care of it make sure they are aware of it.

Please contact Customer Service for assistance on this matter and provide them the exact location the courier should come by to pick up the package. They will find out why the courier did not visit and will take care of it.
