First, locate and open the found item in the application. Then, click on the "Owner at front desk" button. To prevent fraud, input any contact details of the person. Next, click the green "Hand over item" button. The desk match is now saved, and the item has been moved to "Returned to owner".

Please ensure that any unanswered claims from other individuals are resolved with a "No match" designation.

In the case the owner has yet claimed the item online, his name will show up in the box that opens up after you click "Owner at front desk". Click on the name of the owner and confirm the match by clicking "Hand over item".
