What happens when I use the ''No match'' button?

Any claim from a potential owner must be assessed whether it concerns the owner or not.

When it becomes clear that the person is not the owner, the claim can be rejected by clicking the ''No match'' button. The person will then receive an email with the message that this person is unfortunately not the owner. The standard message that is automatically filled in can be adjusted with an additional explanation of why this decision was made.
