How do I edit a registered item?

Do you want to update a reported item?

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the item’s title.

  2. Make the desired changes.

  3. Click the blue "Save" button to save your changes.

Note: All changes made by users are automatically recorded in the item’s audit trail.
