Information about purchasing iLost materials
To keep our annual licence fees accessible and fair for all partners, iLost materials are available for purchase through our online shop. This approach helps us cover the increasing costs of materials and shipping while maintaining fair licence fees for everyone.
Ordering materials is quick and easy through the iLost Online Shop. You can browse available products, select the quantities you need and complete your order using your preferred payment method.

Browse the available materials and select the products you need.
Choose your quantities and add the items to your shopping cart.
Review your order and shipping costs at checkout.
Complete your order by paying online with a card or selecting payment by invoice.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. A Track & Trace code will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

The following iLost materials are available through our online shop:
Registration Stickers – Small: 200 labels per pack
Registration Stickers – Large: 200 labels per pack
iLost Tape: Available per roll
iLost Business Cards – English/Dutch: 100 cards per pack
iLost Business Cards – English/French: 100 cards per pack

Using QR codes for item registration?
If your organisation registers found items using QR codes, iLost registration stickers are not required. Instead, you can use labels compatible with your own label printer. Please contact our Support Team for more information.

🌿 iLost does not supply packaging materials such as bags, boxes or envelopes.
We encourage our partners to source these materials locally whenever possible. This helps reduce unnecessary transportation and supports more sustainable operations.
