To keep our annual licence fees accessible and fair for all partners, iLost materials are now available for purchase. This change reflects the increasing costs of materials and shipping.
Requesting materials works exactly as before. The only difference is that after your request, you will receive a secure payment link. Your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.

Specify which package and quantity you would like to order
After reviewing your request, you will receive:
A confirmation of your order
A secure online payment link
Payment succesfully made? Then you receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been dispatched
📝Available Material Packages
We offer three material packages suited to different usage levels. All packages include registration stickers, tape, and — from Medium onwards — business cards.
Not sure which package is right for you? Contact the iLost support team for advice or an estimate based on your organisation's usage.
Please note: If you use the QR code for item registration, iLost-registration stickers are not required. Instead, you can order labels that are compatible with your label printer.

There is no limit on the number of material requests per year per organisation
Orders are processed only after payment has been completed
Please ensure your request is complete and accurate to avoid processing delays
We recommend ordering in larger quantities to maintain sufficient stock throughout the year
📦 Packaging materials
🌿iLost does not supply packaging materials such as bags, boxes, or envelopes. We encourage partners to source these locally in support of more sustainable operations.
