If the owner of an item is having trouble booking a shipment, there may be several reasons. Below are the most common reasons why someone can't book a shipment:
The address isn't recognized by the system. Before a booking can be made, the address is verified based on the address format of the destination country. It may happen that the address entered can't be verified.
The owner may have forgotten to fill in a required field. If data is not entered correctly the system will mark the corresponding input fields as red. These red-marked fields must then be entered correctly.
The owner has problems during the payment process. This mostly occurs when the bank does not recognize or can't verify the bank account details.
