I am unable to log in into my account

You can log in to your iLost account via:

  • Using your email address and password

  • Logging in via Single Sign-On (Microsoft Azure or Google)

  • Either of the above options


1. Using your email address and password

Enter your correct email address and password, then click the large "Sign in" button.
If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your email address, and you will receive a password reset request by email.

Note: You can access the iLost for Business environment only if your email address is registered as an active user in your organization’s account. If your email address is not recognized, you will receive a message indicating that this environment is exclusively for business users.


2. Logging in via Single Sign-On (Microsoft Azure or Google)

If your organization uses the Single Sign-On feature, you can log in without entering a password. This method works automatically when your computer, tablet, or phone is already logged in to your organization’s systems.

Simply enter your email address on the login screen. You will then see a login button with an abbreviation of your organization’s name—click this button to log in.

If you encounter any issues on this page, please contact your IT administrator or supervisor to ensure your permissions are set correctly.
