If your opening hours change, you can update them directly in your iLost account.
Only users with the "Administrator" role can edit opening hours.
Go to Company Settings, select the relevant day, and enter the updated hours.
Important: Changes to opening hours are not automatically communicated to owners who have already scheduled a pick-up appointment. We recommend notifying these owners manually via the chat window.
Setting fixed closed days
You can also set fixed closed days when owners cannot schedule pick-ups.
Add these well in advance.
For recurring closed days, make sure to re-enter them each year.
