How to update your opening hours

If your opening hours change, you can update them directly in your iLost account.

  • Only users with the "Administrator" role can edit opening hours.

  • Go to Company Settings, select the relevant day, and enter the updated hours.

Important: Changes to opening hours are not automatically communicated to owners who have already scheduled a pick-up appointment. We recommend notifying these owners manually via the chat window.


Setting fixed closed days

You can also set fixed closed days when owners cannot schedule pick-ups.

  • Add these well in advance.

  • For recurring closed days, make sure to re-enter them each year.
