How do I remove an item from the open claims overview?

Sometimes an item may remain in the "Respond" section.

To remove an item from this overview, check the following:

  1. Respond to all claims

    • Every claim from a potential owner must be reviewed.

    • Decide whether the person is the rightful owner by using the "Owner" or "Not owner" buttons.

  2. Check for unread messages

    • The last message in a conversation may not have been marked as read.

    • In this case, click "Close conversation" in the top-right corner of the claim window.

  3. Other causes

    • In rare cases, an item may remain in this status for another reason.

    • If this happens, contact iLost Customer Service for assistance.
