Sometimes an item may remain in the "Respond" section.
To remove an item from this overview, check the following:
Respond to all claims
Every claim from a potential owner must be reviewed.
Decide whether the person is the rightful owner by using the "Owner" or "Not owner" buttons.
Check for unread messages
The last message in a conversation may not have been marked as read.
In this case, click "Close conversation" in the top-right corner of the claim window.
Other causes
In rare cases, an item may remain in this status for another reason.
