Internally tracking found items plays a crucial role in operations, customer service, and the prevention of internal fraud. With digital transport boxes, physical items can be easily transferred, for example, from station to station or between depots. The receiving location immediately gains insight into the contents of the box and can instantly see whether it is complete or if any items are missing.
Below you'll find a step-by-step guide (11 steps) on how to create digital transport boxes, add items to them, and send them to another location within your organization.
Sending digital transport boxes is a unique feature of iLost. If you would like to activate this feature, please contact your Account Manager or iLost Partner Support for more information.
