When you use the iLost for Business application daily, it's advised to create a shortcut icon for it on the home screen of your smartphone or tablet:
iOS / iPhone:
Launch the Safari web browser and navigate to https://match.ilost.co.
Tap the Bookmark icon at the bottom of the screen (it resembles a box with an upward-pointing arrow).
Tap Add to Home Screen.
Accept the suggested name (it should show "iLost for Business") for the shortcut, then tap Add to save the new shortcut icon to the home screen.
You'll now see the new icon next to all your other app icons on the home screen.
Android:
Launch Chrome app (web browser).
Navigate to https://match.ilost.co.
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to homescreen.
You’ll be able to enter a name (enter "iLost for Business" if it's not there already) for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
